No Excuse Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. powdered milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. wheat germ
    2 c. warm water
    7 c. unsifted flour (unbleached)
Preparation
    Put ingredients into large mixing bowl; beat for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Stir and knead 5 to 10 minutes, until dough stiffens and isn't sticky.
    Dough should be smooth and elastic.
    Cover with folded towel; let rest for 20 minutes.
    Roll out and place in greased pan.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
