Best Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and cooked (do not slice potatoes)
    3 eggs, boiled, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. dill pickles, chopped
    1/4 c. pimentos, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. mustard, prepared
    1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. celery, minced (if you like flavor)
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cover with water in a saucepan; cook until tender when pricked with a fork.
    Place potatoes, whole, in a bowl and refrigerate until cool.
    Dice potatoes into 1-inch cubes; add other ingredients and mix well.
    Serve chilled or at room temperature.
