Zucchini And Corned Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corned beef
    1 sauteed, chopped onion
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 lb. shredded zucchini
    2 Tbsp. mustard (hot or regular)
Preparation
    Finely shred zucchini and drain on paper towels.
    Mix zucchini, corned beef, mustard, onion and bread crumbs in large bowl.
    Saute in Teflon skillet until browned and serve on Kaiser rolls, French bread, etc.
