Jiffy Chicken Or Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. chopped chicken or turkey
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    10 oz. can refrigerated biscuits
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter; blend in flour and stir until frothy. Add soup.
    Heat until thickened.
    Add chicken or turkey and seasonings.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Pour into a greased shallow 3-quart casserole.
    Arrange biscuits on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
