Spinach Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach, washed and patted dry
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled *
Preparation
    Remove stems from spinach.
    Tear into bite size pieces. Combine spinach, mushrooms, eggs, bacon and green onions in a large bowl.
    Combine oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
    Top spinach mixture with dressing just before serving.
