Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. grated zucchini
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add oil, sugar, vanilla and zucchini. Sift flour, salt, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Add nuts to dry ingredients.
    Mix both parts together.
    Put batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
