Baked Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes (8 c.)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. onion powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until cooked; drain.
    Mash with sour cream, cream cheese, onion powder, salt and pepper (use electric mixer). Place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
