Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; stir in sugar, oil, vanilla and grated zucchini. Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir into zucchini mixture until well mixed.
    Add nuts.
    Pour into 2 well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pans. Bake 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool thoroughly before slicing.
