Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening plus 1 c. margarine or 2 c. butter flavor Crisco
4 eggs
2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream the shortening, sugars and eggs.
Slowly add flour, soda, salt and vanilla.
Stir in chips and nuts.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
