Crispy Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving size pieces.
    Pour lemon juice in a shallow bowl.
    Add fish and let sit in juice 10 to 15 minutes.
