Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. zucchini, grated
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Beat eggs until light; add sugar and oil.
Mix vanilla, butter and zucchini lightly, but thoroughly.
Combine flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
Add cinnamon and cloves to zucchini mixture. Mix both batters together.
Pour into 2 greased pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
