Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded unpeeled zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. oil
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, soda, zucchini, nuts and raisins.
In another bowl, beat eggs and oil; pour over flour mixture and stir until moistened.
Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
