Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. moist coconut
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add Crisco, eggs and vanilla; blend thoroughly.
Fold in coconut.
Drop from teaspoon 2-inches apart on cookie sheet.
Flatten with knife that has been dipped in cold water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet immediately.
