Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 well beaten eggs
3 well mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together the margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Mix in the eggs and bananas.
In another bowl, sift together the flour and soda.
Add alternately with the buttermilk to the other mixture. Add the pecans.
Pour into greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
