Snack Time Taco Dip(A Favorite Of Mary Sue And Bruce Lambert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
    approximately 1 c. mayo
    approximately 1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    taco chips
    2 to 3 avocados
    2 large tomatoes
    6 to 8 green onions
    1 can pitted black olives
    16 oz. shredded cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch square glass dish, spread 1 can of refried beans on the bottom evenly.
    Pit and mash the avocados; mix with the lemon juice with a dash of salt and pepper.
    Spread on top of the refried beans.
    Mix the mayo, sour cream and the taco seasoning well; spread on top of the avocado mixture.
    Chop the tomatoes, onions and
    olives and sprinkle alternately with the cheese on top of the sour cream mixture.
    Serve with taco chips. (Note:
    Long periods of refrigeration may cause sogginess.)
    Eat with the taco chips or just a spoon.
