Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. zucchini
1 c. diced onions
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. bell pepper
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Chop zucchini, onions and green and red bell pepper in big bowl.
Beat eggs.
Add Bisquick, baking powder, salt, Cheddar cheese and oil (last).
Add vegetable mixture and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
