Coconut Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda (baking)
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 c. zucchini, peeled and grated
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. coconut
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients with oil, eggs and vanilla.
Add zucchini, coconut and nuts last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and top springs back.
Makes 3 loaves.
