Old Fashioned Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. (7 to 8 oz.) uncooked elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 to 2 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Cook pasta according to directions on package. In saucepan over low heat, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add cheese; stir until melted. Stir in pasta. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
