Butterscotch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll into a log shape and wrap in waxed paper.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Slice and bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
