Summer Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. summer squash
    3 c. zucchini squash
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    In a saucepan, cook sliced squash and onion in boiling water for 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Combine soup, sour cream and carrots and fold in drained squash and onions.
