Pumpkin Bread *(Makes 3 Loaves; Great At Thanksgiving) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
    chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together in large bowl; make \"well\" in center and add remaining ingredients.
    Mix until smooth.
    Portion batter into 3 loaf size pans (or about 6 small foil pans), that have been well-greased and floured.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour (or until it tests done), less time for small pans.
    Cool slightly in pans, then place on rack to cool.
