1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (12 oz.) bag Reese's peanut butter chips
4 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Melt first 3 ingredients together until creamy over low heat. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan lined with wax paper.
