Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can chunk or tidbit pineapple
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Preparation

Drain pineapple.
Reserve 3 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar, flour and 3 tablespoons juice.
Add cheese and pineapple to sugar and flour mixture.
Mix well.
Butter a 1-quart casserole dish. Pour in mixture.
Mix crackers and butter; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
