Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 extra large eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. water
    4 to 6 medium sweet potatoes
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes until tender; peel and mash.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter 2 loaf pans (8 x 4 x 2-inch).
    Beat the eggs lightly, then blend in the oil and water.
    Add and stir in the mashed potatoes.
    In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Then stir the dry ingredients into the potato mixture with a wire whisk.
    Pour into the loaf pans and bake 55 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done in the center.
    Remove from pans when cool.
