Ingredients

3 3/4 c. flour
1 1/3 c. soft butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice (add more if needed)
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll in coconut. Drop by teaspoon, separating by 1 inch each.
Press with thumb a spot in middle of dough.
