Cathy'S Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. lite brown sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    5 c. oatmeal (grind to powder with a food processor)
    24 oz. chocolate chips
    1 c. or 8 oz. shredded Hershey bar with almonds (use food processor)
    3 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and lite brown sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in sifted together flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
    Add oatmeal.
    Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and pecans.
    Roll into golf ball size and place on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Press down from a ball to a pancake.
    Cook 7 more minutes.
    The dough is great kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
