Stuffed Bread(Ham, Pickle, Egg, Tomato) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 to 2 bunches green onions, cleaned and chopped (green part only)
    1 seedless cucumber, grated and squeezed to remove excess liquid
    salt
    5 eggs, hard-boiled and cut into fourths lengthwise
    2 large tomatoes, cleaned without skin and cut in long cubes
    2 (1/4 to 1/2-inch thick) slices Bavarian smoked ham, edges removed and cut into long strips (or equivalent)
    6 to 8 pickles, peeled and cut in long slices (prefer Vlasic deli dills)
Preparation
    Mix together cream cheese, green onions and grated cucumbers and salt well.
    Consistency should be that of easily spreadable cream cheese.
    Set aside.
