Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Bake in 2 greased medium size loaf pans at 325\u00b0 at least 1 hour.
