Ingredients

1 baked 9-inch pie shell
2 pt. fresh strawberries
1 (12 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate (no added sugar)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 drops red food coloring
1/4 tsp. strawberry flavoring
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and apple juice.
Cook ingredients until mixture begins to clear, stirring frequently.
Stir in 1 pint of crushed strawberries, flavoring and food coloring.
Line bottom of pie shell with whole strawberries.
Pour crushed strawberry thickened mixture over them.
Refrigerate.
