Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 onions, sliced thinly round ways
1 stick margarine or butter
1 small carton sour car em
1 can beef bouillon
cornstarch for thickening (2 Tbsp. or more)
1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
Preparation

Brown meat in butter, remove.
Saute onions in butter.
Return meat to butter and onions.
Add bouillon and simmer about 15 minutes.
Put cornstarch in sour cream and fold into beef mixture. Serve on hot noodles or rice.
