Kentucky Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. sweet milk
3/4 c. plain white cornmeal
1/3 stick margarine
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Add cornmeal to milk.
Cook slowly until thick and smooth. Add margarine and well beaten egg yolks (add eggs slowly).
Cover and allow to steam while beating egg whites.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour in greased pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
Serve hot with butter.
