Stir-Fried Rice Confetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. minced green onions (with tops)
    4 c. cooked rice
    8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 c. leftover veggies (peas, carrots, etc.)
    roasted, salted sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Saute onion 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except sunflower seeds.
    Heat, uncovered, over medium heat for about 10 minutes until rice is golden. Sprinkle sunflower seeds across the top before serving, if desired.
