Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients and beat until creamy.
Add remaining ingredients.
Chill dough in refrigerator for 24 hours.
