Gourmet Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. pork sausage or hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. wild rice (can use white and wild)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can pimento, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage or hamburger and drain.
    Mix with other ingredients and bake, covered, until bubbly.
