Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole wheat or regular elbow macaroni
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 c. shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
    1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
    Add no salt.
    Combine macaroni with all ingredients except the bread crumbs.
    Spoon the mixture into a 1-quart baking dish that has been wiped with oil.
    Spring bread crumbs on top.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 (2/3 cup servings).
