Zucchini Preserves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. grated or chopped, peeled zucchini
    6 c. sugar
    1 can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    2 small boxes apricot jello
Preparation
    Cook zucchini and sugar for 20 minutes.
    Add crushed pineapple, juice and all.
    Cook 6 minutes more.
    Add apricot jello.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Stir all together.
