Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooked and sliced carrots or canned sliced carrots
1 onion, sliced thin
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix in bowl the cooked carrots and pepper.
In saucepan, mix soup, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and Worcestershire.
Bring to a boil and stir until well mixed.
Pour over carrots mix. Chill overnight or several hours.
Keeps in refrigerator indefinitely.
