Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 ripe bananas
    3 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat first 2 ingredients lightly.
    Add bananas and blend.
    Add eggs and mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat slowly. Chill before baking.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    Can be kept in refrigerator for a week or 10 days before baking.
