Batter For Fish, Chicken, Etc. - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    beer
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add just enough beer to make batter adhere to meat.
    Cook meat in deep fat at 400\u00b0 until the batter is brown and crisp.
    This is enough batter for 3 pounds of fish.
