Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cream butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
    Mix together flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Combine cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar in small bowl.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Place on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Cool on wire racks.
