Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2/3 c. water
2 c. or 1 large can pumpkin
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients into a large bowl.
Make a well in the center.
Pour in remaining ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Divide batter into 3 greased, floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Bake small pans about 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 3 large loaves or 6 miniature loaves.
