Ingredients

2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
saltine crackers
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
nuts
Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar.
Line pan with foil and spray with Pam.
Put crackers in a layer on foil.
Pour butter and brown sugar mixture over crackers.
Spread chocolate chips on top while hot.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Refrigerate for 20 to 30 minutes. Break apart.
