Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    grated rind of 1 fresh lemon
    juice from 1 lemon
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add milk alternately with flour that has been sifted with salt and baking powder.
    Add lemon rind.
    Bake in greased loaf pan for 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool 5 minutes.
