Pork Roast With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boneless pork loin (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
32 oz. good sauerkraut (canned or in a bag)
Preparation

Place roast in covered roasting dish or pan*.
Top with sauerkraut, including juice.
Roast at 200\u00b0 for 8 to 9 hours.
Do not open oven or uncover.
Tastes good with mashed or boiled potatoes.
