Ruby Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. brown sugar
2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 egg white
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Roll in small balls or
drop off of teaspoon.
Place on cookie sheet.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 17 to 18 minutes.
Cool on pan.
Will be pale and soft until cool.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
