Grandmother'S Famous Orange-Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. light raisins
    1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen, chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
    Add eggs, orange peel and juice all at once; stir just until mixture is evenly moist.
    Fold in raisins and cranberries.
    Spoon into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
