Butter Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. flour (plain)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat with electric mixer until smooth.
    Add flour and flavorings; continue beating 2 or 3 minutes.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours or until tested done in tube pan, which has been sprayed with Pam.
