Sugar-Free Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, baked
    3 oz. cream cheese
    12 packets Equal
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Whip cream cheese, Equal and peanut butter together; mix well. Add milk slowly.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into pie shell and chill until firm.
    Mix 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 1 tablespoon flour together.
    Crumble over top of pie.
    Diabetic Exchanges:
    1 milk; 1/2 fat; 1 starch.
