Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. grated zucchini (small)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar and salt together.
    Continue to add all the dry ingredients.
    Slowly stir in salad oil and vanilla.
    Add the grated zucchini.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 20.
