Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Grease and flour one large or two small bread pans.
Cream sugar and oil.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat until thick and creamy.
Add soda, baking powder, salt, spices and beat well to blend.
Add one cup of flour and mix in well.
Add grated carrots and the other 1/2 cup flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
